Noor obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law at the University of Utrecht, after which she completed her Master’s degree in Private Law, specialising in Intellectual Property Law, at VU Amsterdam in 2020. That same year, she was admitted to the Netherlands Bar and joined the international law firm NautaDutilh N.V. as an attorney at law/lawyer.

Noor initially worked at the Intellectual Property department of NautaDutilh N.V., litigating on behalf of and advising both international and national clients on matters such as copyrights, trademarks, trade names, domain names, patents, trade secrets and advertising law. She also advised on intellectual property related matters in corporate M&A transactions. Noor then broadened her expertise by joining the firm’s Capital Markets department, where she specialised in banking and securities law. In this role, she focused on both equity and debt-related transactions, such as initial public offerings, equity listings, accelerated bookbuilding and bonds issue, gaining valuable experience in high-stakes corporate and financial matters and deals.

After her time at the Capital Markets department, Noor returned to the Intellectual Property department as an associate, continuing to build her expertise in intellectual property.

In addition to passing the Dutch Bar Exam after the three year Professional Eduction Programme for the Legal Profession (Beroepsopleiding Advocaten), Noor successfully completed the two year advanced training programme at the Law Firm School. This prestigious initiative provides lawyers at top Dutch law firms with comprehensive legal education and practical skills to excel in their careers.

In June 2024, Noor joined Lemming Film as Head of Legal.
