Robijn is Marketing & Communication Manager at Lemming Film, where she oversees brand positioning and marketing strategy across the company's film and TV slate. She started as an assistant producer for various production companies, then moved into distribution at September Film. There, she handled theatrical releases for high-profile international titles such as Triangle of Sadness and Aftersun. She later took on a dual role as marketing supervisor and assistant producer, running large-scale commercial and impact campaigns with significant box office success.

She graduated as a producer from the Netherlands Film Academy, receiving the NAPA Award for best producing graduate, and went on to specialize in film as a tool for social change through the "Cinema, Human Rights and Advocacy" program in Venice.
