Our coproduction Above the Dust directed by Wang Xiaoshuai (So Long, My Son) is the first Chinese feature, since the agreement between China and The Netherlands in 2015, who is receiving funding by The Netherlands Film Fund.

Producent Leontine Petit van Lemming Film (coproducent Above the Dust) is één van de belangrijkste Nederlandse producenten die de coproductiebanden met de Chinese sector aanhaalt. Dit deed zij door samen met een aantal andere Europese producenten het film professionals platform Bridging the Dragon op te richten. Petit is momenteel, naast filmproducent, voorzitter van de Senior Board van Bridging the Dragon. Zij produceert Above the Dust, van Wang Xiaoshuai (So Long, My Son) samen met producer Erik Glijnis.

In 2018 ontving Lemming Film een delegatie van het Chinese filmbureau op de set van de Nederlandse speelfilm Dikkertje Dap en afgelopen jaar produceerden zij de Nederlandse speelfilm: Dead and Beautiful van regisseur David Verbeek, een smart vampieren film die zich in Azië afspeelt.
